We want you to feel completely prepared for your stay with us, so here are the answers to some common questions.
What time is check-in?
Check-in time is 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
Do you allow early check-ins or late check-outs?
We offer this for a small fee when housekeeping can accommodate. Please check with the reservations team 2-3 days prior to check in for availability.
What is your pet policy?
Our cabins are pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs, with payment of a pet fee and manager approval.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check in are penalty free. After 30 days, a 3% processing fee from our payment processor will be deducted.
Are sheets and towels provided?
Bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels are included with your rental. Bath towels and pool/hot tub towels are provided. We also have a washer/dryer on site for longer stays.
Are toiletries and household supplies provided?
Body soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are included with your rental. We also will have a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, coffee pods, salt, pepper, and cooking oil – everything you need for your short stay! What about toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap? Anything else? Starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, coffee pods are provided. We also provide salt and pepper and cooking oil.
Can you provide me with driving directions to get there?
Mountain Fork Vacations Properties are located within Mountain Fork Resort as well as the surrounding area. Detailed directions will be provided prior to your stay. Please reach out to the reservations team with any specific questions needed prior to booking or your stay.
