Jeff has owned and operated vacation rentals in Broken Bow and Park City, Utah for 10 years. Jeff and his partners at Ainsley Management have focused on building, operating, and selling cabins in Broken Bow, Oklahoma since 2019. The Ainsley team also developed Mountain Fork Resort, a 100 acre private, gated community with nearly a mile of riverfront on the Mountain Fork River. Mountain Fork Resort has sold out of 75% of the acreage and the Ainsley team has plans to continue to build, own and operate cabins within Mountain Fork Resort.

Abby is a dedicated vacation property manager based in Hochatown, Oklahoma, with 7 years of experience in the industry. Passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences, Abby specializes in managing vacation homes that offer comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and a memorable stay. With a deep understanding of the local area and a keen eye for detail, Abby ensures that every property is impeccably maintained and guests receive top-notch service.
