General - Bamboo floors throughout upstairs, double washer/dryer with additional half bath, large flat circle drive for easy in/out boat parking, Smart HDTVs throughout cabin with Hulu + Live TV subscription provided on all TVs. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Cabin is pet-friendly (up to 3 dogs) with payment of pet fee. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee.

Comfortable Cabin
by JasonWe went as a group on a summer interns retreat. The cabin was spacious and comfortable. There were several different spaces to hang out. The porch was so relaxing. I recommend it for a large group of people. It was worth the stay!
Perfect Place!
by JasonHad a church retreat here and it was absolutely wonderful! The creek was so nice, many games to play, and a bunch of space for everyone. Close to lots of different attractions as well. Overall was a perfect place to stay!
Great vacation place
by Janice ZachariasWe were here for a family reunion/eclipse watch - 27 of us, ages 4 - 70. We noted lots of positives about this house: the game room was amazing, kept our kids and teens very happy and busy. The hot tubs; so much good seating on the amazingly huge decks and around the campfire, and by the outdoor fireplace - all well-used; the rocking chairs were particularly loved! We thought the lighting in the great room/kitchen was very well done; the gas fireplaces were in good working order; shower heads were also in good order and made for pleasing showers. The creek was just right - not so deep or swift we worried about the younger kids, but plenty of fun for all. We appreciated and used both washers/dryers, and enjoyed the TV to project pictures on and to watch a couple of movies. We really were able to make it our home for almost a week - great clean-up policy, easy to do the light work required and then leave. Our few concerns were mostly because we\'re a family who loves to cook: the pot was missing from the crock-pot; the drain plug in the sink didn\'t fit and thus didn\'t work; given the height of the cupboards, a step-stool would have been useful, I always had to call a tall person. Oh - it turned off chilly a couple of nights, and more blankets would have been good. Overall a great experience, and a home we would all recommend!
Your kids will love the creek!
by Janine BWe stayed at Dreams & Streams with 4 other families; 10 adults, 12 kids and one dog. We all loved the creek! The cabin is beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed to make the best memories with our childhood friends and their families. We\'ve always stayed in different cabins in the past when visiting Broken Bow, but next time we\'ll definitely stay at Dreams & Streams again!

Our Family Escape

We had an issue they got right on it, then rain decided to come in a bit and we let them know. Asked if we wanted them to come now or after we left, we said after. Dad/Daughter Retreat

I was concerned we would be a little crowded but that was not a problem at all. We had all the space we needed with more to spare. The cabin is beautiful and the location is ideal. The streams, the decks, the grounds and the two hot tubs made my birthday event a special weekend my family will never forget. Everyone loved the place and wants to make it a location we come back to once a year. Thank you for making my 60th birthday shenanigans a place perfect to pull off each shenanigan I had in mind. We will never forget the memories we made here.
