Perfect for multiple couples or large families, this cabin features 6 king bedrooms with multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces for adults and kids alike.
Whether you are looking to gather around the campfire to roast marshmallows, warm up by one of the two fireplaces on a chilly evening, watch the kids swing on the playset while you take a soak in the hot tub, shoot a friendly game of pool upstairs, challenge someone to a friendly arcade duel, or make new family memories over a special meal in the kitchen, Timber Hills Lodge is ready to host you for your Broken Bow vacation. Perfect for 3-6 families (sleeps up to 21) to gather and enjoy all that the cabin and Broken Bow have to offer!

Living (sleeps 1): Comfortable seating for 7, gas fireplace, Smart HDTV, twin bed nook under stairs.

Outdoor: Dining table, gas grill, gas-burning fireplace, fire pit with chairs, hot tub, corn hole, front porch, playset, horseshoes.
General: Property is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with payment of pet fee and manager approval. Smart HDTVs throughout cabin. Full-size washer and dryer available in laundry closet. Gas fireplaces seasonally available (October-April). Timber Hills Lodge is a 1-2 mile drive from several restaurants, activities, and the Carson Creek entrance to Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. The cabin also features a flat, pull-thru driveway for easy in/out boat parking. Contactless check-in/out process provided with enhanced cleaning measures implemented for your safety. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 21, no exceptions.

Great Family Escape
by Jenni DiggsWe had Fun! Alot of room and rooms for our big family of seventeen, roomy house and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Walking around the area was peaceful deer seen daily, the outside fire pit was well used with many perfect Smores cooked with the littles, back porch table and inside table saw some great food and good game battles. Thanks to all at Marshmallow Memories for another great and well needed family escape for us. Looking forward to our 2025 Escape. Side note: the Bunk Room is located inside the upstairs bathroom, we were unsure exactly where it was.
Better than Excellent

Timber hills cabin
