Welcome to our family cabin, the Toasted Marshmallow! This farmhouse-style luxury cabin sits on nearly 1.25 acres and offers three king master suites, four full bathrooms, plus a loft with four twin bunk beds for the kids. A spacious breezeway connects the two sides of the cabin providing the perfect amount of privacy for families and friends traveling together. This cabin is perfect for 1-3 couples or families looking for a weekend getaway at nearby Broken Bow Lake. Conveniently located a short 5 minute drive from popular restaurants, wineries, and breweries!
Kitchen/Dining: Kitchen features a stove, double oven, Keurig Duo K-cup and drip coffee machine, flatware, drinkware, dishes, cookware, crock pot, toaster, blender, and grilling tools. Spacious kitchen island seats 6.
Living: Sofa, large sofa chair, ottoman, coffee table with dining table lift option, gas fireplace, Smart HDTV, arcade, full bathroom off the living area with walk-in shower, laundry closet.
Downstairs Master Bedroom #1 (main side of cabin, sleeps 2): King bed, 2 nightstands, closet, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, private access to the breezeway.
Downstairs Master Bedroom #2 (across the breezeway, sleeps 2): King bed, 1 nightstand, closet, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, private keypad access to room from breezeway.
Downstairs Master Bedroom #3 (across the breezeway, sleeps 2): King bed, 1 nightstand, closet, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, private keypad access to room from breezeway.
Upstairs Bunk Loft (main side of cabin, sleeps 4): Two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, access to full bathroom off the living area with walk-in shower.
Breezeway: Sectional seating with sofa and two chairs, gas fireplace, Smart HDTV, gas grill.
Outdoor Living: Hot tub, playset for kids with swings, slide, rock climbing wall, picnic table, and fort, firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs, corn hole, rocking chairs on front porch.
General: Cabin is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with payment of pet fee and manager approval. Smart HDTVs throughout cabin. Full-size washer and dryer available in laundry closet. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Note that cabin uses exterior surveillance cameras. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 10 guests, no exceptions.

Fantastic February escape

Stayed Toasty

As we drove up to the property we found the roads easy to navigate. Toasted Marshmallow was situated at the top of a hill and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. 2 of master bedrooms were located across the breezeway which offered good privacy and the master in the main house was great for the grandparents as well as the loft for the kids.Only thing to be mindful of is that the main house can get pretty warm which makes the loft warmer.All in all a fantastic stay over Christmas for all 3 families and something we would definitely do again.Missy also mention that they were extremely pet friendly and there was lots of space for the pups to run.

The cabin was amazing inside and out. The host was responsive to our questions. We had a great time staying at the cabin, jacuzzi and fire pit. The view around the cabin was great as well with the tall pine trees. It was a bit disappointing that there was no gas provided for the grill, but that was due to some new law in OK. The cabin was fantastic regardless.

Adequate, good spot for family get away just small details need improvement such as exterior doors would only lock if held shut while pushing lock button.missing batteries for TV remotes. My husband stayed at the cabin less than a week before your arrival and did not experience any trouble with the doors so I'm wondering if this may have been user error? He also did not find any missing batteries in the TV remotes, but we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. We will make sure they are replaced. Unfortunately, sometimes guests help themselves to batteries in our devices if their personal devices are in need. We definitely take all cleanliness issues seriously and would have promptly replaced those sheets for you and addressed it with our cleaning manager if you had brought this to our attention during your stay. We appreciate the feedback and will look to improve the future guest experience based on your stay.

Family Lake Trip

Marshmallow Memories house was very nice and great for our family. The 3 king size bedrooms were perfect for the adults and grandkids loved the sleeping loft. The breezeway was a great place for kids to eat while the adults utilized the 6 bar stools at kitchen island eating area. Location was convenient to launch our boat at the lake for our days of lake activities. We enjoyed the fire pit area, playset for kids and the relaxing hot tub after a full day on the lake. Property was very clean, well maintained and everything was in great working order. Management was responsive to questions. We would recommend this property to others and definitely stay here again.

Three couples for memorial day weekend. The house was not only comfortable but well stocked with everything we needed to make a meal at home. We enjoyed the fire pit we enjoyed the hot tub. This cabin was perfect for our girls trip. Plenty of space and beautiful views! We never wanted to leave and definitely can't wait to go back! The only recommendation I have is the cabin needs full length mirrors in the bedrooms. The mirrors in the bathrooms were too tall for us shorter people. But a truly beautiful & unique cabin!

Beautiful house with a very cool set up. Only negative we could think of was the lack of storage space for clothes (no drawers in rooms) and food (pantry door was locked). We also had a minor problem with the pilot light lighting in the fireplace but were able to eventually get to work. House provided everything we needed.

Great spring break getaway

We had a great spring break getaway! Even though it rained, sleeted and snowed…this cabin was so nice! Super clean, well stocked and beds were comfy! 3 separate masters with private baths! The bunks upstair are definitely for small children not my 20 yr olds. But we made it work for the short visit for 1 of my boys.

Fantastic weekend!

The toasted marshmallow is an awesome cabin! It was the perfect size for 4 adults, 1 little toddler, and a couple of dogs running around! We absolutely loved the location (yes the roads are rough, but you’re in the woods!). Walking around the neighborhood everyday was a joy and so beautiful. The property has 3 separate master suites which is awesome and the two in the one wing of the house are not connected, which was a plus for us because we had our toddler sleep in other master and we were in another. We were very happy we brought our baby monitor though so that we could hear him if he cried (which he didn’t… we all slept so soundly). The outdoor areas are so awesome and we used them daily… breezeway seating area with a tv, the hot tub and the fire pit were all common gathering places for us and really made the weekend perfect. Random Tip - we ordered ahead and picked up a charcuterie board from “Two Board Girls” and ate it as soon as we got to the cabin, which was so awesome. Highly recommend! Also another tip - the town is small and quaint but definitely get reservations if you can ahead of time! One night we had them and then the other we waited over an hour. It’s definitely a busy spot at night! Petting zoo was also great for our son! Overall, we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home! Lovely getaway!

We enjoyed our long weekend staying at this property with our 3 kids and our friends and their children. Kids loved playing outside, sleeping in the loft, and generally moving pine needles and rocks around outside. The cabin is very well stocked. We only did very simple cooking, but really could have done a lot. The unpaved portion of the road gave our minivan a run for it's money, but we were fine. Great little getaway spot

We just returned from our 4 day vacation at the Toasted Marshmallow and had a wonderful time. The property is in a great location (close to all the activity of town for the kids but feels like you’re in your own little haven at the cabin). This was our first time to the Hochatown/Broken Bow area and we loved it and the cabin made it even more enjoyable. It was perfect for our family bc of the setup where each part of our family felt like they had their own space with the separate rooms and entrances. The kitchen was fully stocked for the cooks in our group and the cabin had everything we could need to enjoy our weekend. We would highly recommend!

Great Hideaway!

Very pleasant and private property. The separation of the two bedrooms from the main cabin was special. Everyone had privacy, yet attached by the porch. A unique idea that works well. For those over 80, it's perfect. You don't have to climb any stairs or more then one or two. Enjoyed the porch, fireplace and large TV watching a world series play-off game on a chilly night was very refreshing. Cute couples getaway

This is such a cute little cabin in a good location of Broken Bow. It is a little closer to other cabins than it looks like in photos but we didn’t have an issue with noise or neighbors. There was more than enough room for just the two of us and love that it’s pet friendly! Would be great for a family weekend or girls trip too. Beautiful home perfect place to unwind

We absolutely love the place and it was a perfect cabin and fulfilled all our needs. My kids loved the loft area, and spent so much time building forts and playing on the playground. We also enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and fire pit. This is a perfect place for a family, or a few couples looking for a relaxing getaway. The other 2 master bedrooms are not connected to the main home and are great for privacy if you go with a few couples. Quiet cabin for a great getaway

We enjoyed staying at the Toasted Marshmallow despite all of the rain which kept us from enjoying the outdoor activities and appreciated the owners getting the indoor fireplace turned on so we could enjoy that. They were very responsive when we reached out and we would definitely stay again. It is nice and close to the lake and set in a beautiful neighborhood. The home had everything we needed. First, over our 4 or 5 cabin rentals in Broken Bow since 2018, this one was by far the best-stocked one. Every detail was thought about - utensils, all the grilling stuff, snacks, coffee, even a bottle of wine. Second, despite not looking large on the outside, the place has three separate full-sized bedrooms with individual bathrooms, in addition to cool loft upstairs, so it's ideal for 2-3 families with multiple kids. Awesome getaway for multiple families!

The Toasted Marshmallow was awesome! The property is gorgeous and a great spot in the Broken Bow area. It's amazing to have 3 master bedroom suites and such a range of amenities like a hot tub, fire pit, and playground for kids. Magical Stay

We had the best time at the Toasted Marshmallow! The location of the house was perfect. It felt secluded and wooded. We also loved the layout of the cabin. The breezeway was our favorite. We had some other activities planned, but found we didn't want to leave the grounds! It rained one of the days we were there and we played board games outside in the breezeway with the fire on and it was magical! Rain or shine, we loved every minute of our stay. Couldn't have asked for a better home away from home

Anyone can tell by the pictures that this property is beautiful!! It’s the thought and details that made it a step above the rest. The house layout is awesome for adults/couples and a hand full of kids! The breezeway connection between 2 of the king suites and the main house was perfect for being outside in any weather...we used the fire pit, hot tub, playground set and walked around the neighborhood to see all the beautiful scenery, ponds and houses! They provide many essentials helping to not have you pack up your house for the visit! My husband and teen son met my BF from high school and her family there. We all loved every bit of the weekend! Generosity & Hospitality Beyond Imaginable

We stayed in this cabin over July 4th weekend! The cabin has an excellent layout for 3 different families, each with their own spaces. The loft was perfect for the kids, even though the staircase did make us a little nervous! All of our kiddos are tiny & could easily fit through the raIls, we managed just fine with some coaching & patience 😉 Everything was clean & well prepped for our stay. The owners are the most incredible people, ensuring that our needs were met & quick to respond to any questions we had! We had such a great time at the toasted marshmallow! The fishing pond was a favorite for my boys- they fished every single morning and caught lots. We loved all the amenities at the cabin. Toasted Marshmallow for the win!

From the time we arrived, the element of excitement was everything that the days leading up to our trip had made it out to be. With three master bedrooms, it was great for six of us friends. Each room felt like it’s own wing, with private full baths and covered patio to meet us all in the middle. We celebrated group birthdays with grilling out, beverages, games, exploring the neighborhood, and hot tub. Great location not to far off the beaten path but just enough to give you a sense of emursing yourself in the middle of nature. The Perfect Cabin!

We couldn't have had a better experience at Toasted Marshmallow! The house is in immaculate condition and fit my family of 4 with ease. My almost three year old LOVED the hot tub (as did I!) It is in the perfect location to easily access the activities and food/drink of the area, all while still feeling the seclusion that we desired from the trip. The owners are SUPER RESPONSIVE which was a delight - even provided us some names of restaurants that were doing take out during COVID. Stayed for 5 nights & had the best time. Three spacious master suites, bunk area for kids and great outdoor breezeway with outdoor gas logs and fireplace. Enjoyed the hot tub and firepit as well. Sleeping arrangements not ideal for young kids. Having kids separate or access to a door outside wasn't the best for us. The owner was wonderful. Responded very quickly, even called when we had trouble finding it. We liked that location had atv access. Adorable cabin! Perfect for a few couples!

We’ve been vacationing in Broken Bow since 1975 and have stayed in countless cabins. This cabin is very cute and nicely setup. The owners put lots of thought into the layout and decor. This is nice for families and couples. My favorite part is how the rooms all have their own bathrooms and meet in the middle on a lovely covered porch. We will definitely stay here again!
